Pleasant and welcoming staff who were always there to help. The hotel was in a peaceful and excellent position not far from Haldensleben, the airport free public parking and the Messe Essen exhibition center.

The peaceful location was conveniently close to everywhere we wanted to visit, the breakfast with meats and cheese was enjoyable, and the people were friendly and welcoming.

overall it is a delightful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was magnificent in the middle of the city. the breakfast offers variety of boiled eggs, cheese, and meats.

The rooms were cozy and spacious, meeting our needs perfectly.

The staff was incredibly helpful, we had a great experience and would consider coming back, the on-site parking was convenient, the room itself was clean and had a nice carpet, and the location by the Lake Canyon with a view of the garden was peaceful and beautiful.

The personnel was pleasant, and the host too. We got a carpeted and neat double room on a decent level of performance as an upgrade, a nice gesture. - Greatly enjoyed that we had central heating, satellite TV, and a radio.

The room with carpeting is fairly large and performs well in a nice, quiet location.

The room at Pension zum Schwanenteich was so cozy and comfy! I loved the free WiFi - I could easily keep up with my Instagram stories. The TV was a great bonus, and the private bathroom with a shower was super convenient. I really felt at home here!

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the shower. But hey, that's just my taste - others might find it perfectly fine.
